Inner Strength is a wonderful hub for holistic wellness. The gym is well-equipped, the equipment may LOOK a little vintage on first glance but it is all clean and beautifully maintained and I actually prefer it to the ultra-modern gear. Great selection of machines, barbells, dumbbells, alternative strength equipment, and heaps of extras like foam rollers, lotus wheels, massage sticks and balls etc. Staff are friendly, trainers are really professional and knowledgeable, in-house practitioners are awesome.
